Perth artist Lorenna Grant’s sculpture ‘The Goalkeeper’ is an impressive feature at Ernest Johnson Reserve in South Perth. The effect is achieved using PureLED Flexi Addressable installed within each rib, and four colour PureLED SplitWash in-ground uplights work together with the glow of the ribs to wash the sculpture’s surface. Subtle flowing swells of colour spiral their way around the sculpture, drawing pedestrians through the portal and welcoming them to the space.
